Wow this semester so far has been one long ride! Between tests, 3 jobs, RUF and church I'm kinda running on empty i feel like. I really want to get back into blogging weekly! Today I was really convicted about being ready in and out of season to share my faith. God literally put an opportunity in my hands and I didn't take it. I walked away.... I got a nice size slap on my hand when the person came back up to me to chat. Even through me walking away God still accomplished His purpose of me talking with this person today. It so convicted me of my pride and unwillingness to be used. Plus truly amazed me that once i realized why He wanted me to talk to the person the words and scripture He brought to mind! God truly used today to refocus me and greatly encourage!
Psalms 145:16-21
You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing.The LORD is righteous in all His ways And kind in all His deeds. The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him;He will also hear their cry and will save them. The LORD keeps all who love Him, But all the wicked He will destroy. My mouth will speak the praise of the LORD,And all flesh will bless His holy name forever and ever.
